Your responsibilities

As a Collector Officer Recovery, you will be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with clients, attorneys, collection service providers and internal staff regarding outstanding invoices. Your goal? Getting very outgoing invoice paid as smoothly as possible.

• Written and telephone correspondence with internal staff, clients, attorneys and collection service providers.
• Maintain an accurate record of all actions taken.
• Ensuring that the collection strategy is followed as well as implemented.
• Support with the preparation and verification of customers before handing them over to a third party.
• Booking and verifying bad debts.
• Administrative support of the follow-up of bankruptcy, debt mediation, bailiff,…
• Ensure good relationship with all internal departments and external partners.

Who are we looking for?

• Having a bachelors degree in a law-oriented study is a plus.
• You are born to communicate and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. This both in writing and orally.
• You are patient, empathetic and resolute.
• solving problems. You are decisive and stress resistant.
• You have a self-confident attitude that can only benefit your negotiations with third parties.
• You have strong administrative skills.
