Construction Site Manager Electrical

TalenTailors is looking for a Construction Site Manager – Electrical for our client D&T Group, an international engineering and contracting company expanding its operations across Europe.

For their 19,000 m² mixed‑use developmentin Brussels (hotel, residential, office, commercial), we are seeking an experienced professional to lead and supervise all electrical execution activities on site.

Location: Brussels, Belgium (On‑site)

Project Type: Mixed‑use construction & renovation

Duration: Approx. 20 months (project‑based)

Future: Opportunity to join more attractive upcoming projects within D&T Group's European expansion

Contract Type: Temporary or Freelance options available

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with design intent and execution plans.
• Coordinate daily activities between the central design office, subcontractors, and on‑site teams.
• Oversee installation progress, quality control, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Ensure full adherence to RGIE / AREI regulations and project specifications.
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination with HVAC, sanitary, architectural, and structural teams.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in electrical execution for commercial buildings, MEP projects, or large‑scale renovations.
• Strong working knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI standards.
• Hands‑on experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily execution workflows.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Belgian site safety requirements (VCA‑VOL).
