About the Position

Join Volvo Belgium as a Customer Advisor in Ghent, Belgium, providing essential support in Czech, Russian, and Polish. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment where you'll be a key point of contact for customers.

Additional Information

• The initial contract will be for 1-3-6 months, not permanent from day one.
• The first month of training is fully on-site.
• After the first month of training, the work model allows for 1 day a week remote work.
• Relocation support is provided, including 1 month of accommodation for candidates applying from outside Belgium.

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Czech.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Russian.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Polish.
• Ability to confirm acceptance of a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Willingness to accept an initial contract duration of 1-3-6 months.
• Successful completion of a video interview.
• Submission of proof of video interview.
• Submission of a reference letter from a previous employer.
• Submission of a cover letter
