Join Volvo Belgium as a Customer Advisor in Ghent, where you will provide essential support to customers, utilizing your German and Dutch language skills in a hybrid work environment.

Additional Information

• Relocation support includes 1 month of accommodation for candidates applying from outside Belgium.
• The initial contract will be structured as 1-3-6 months, not permanent from day one. Candidates must confirm their understanding and acceptance of this contract structure.
• The first month of training will be fully on-site. Following the initial training period, the work model will be hybrid, allowing for 1 day a week remote work.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and Dutch.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to participate in a video interview and provide proof of the interview.
• Submission of a reference letter from a previous employer and a cover letter
