Customer Connection Operations Specialist Service

We ARE looking for an external contractor to provide technical and operational support for the follow-up of customer connection study files within the Connection Office.

The role focuses on coordination, documentation, data quality and administrative-technical follow-up of grid user connection requests, in collaboration with internal teams.



Responsibilities

• Register, structure and update customer connection study files.


• Check technical, customer and project information for completeness.


• Coordinate missing information, actions and deliverables with stakeholders.


• Monitor milestones, deadlines and dependencies.


• Prepare draft offers, connection-contract documentation and technical annexes.


• Perform first-level checks on data quality and document consistency.


• Ensure proper document version control, traceability and storage.


• Support operational customer communication and follow-up.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

• Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, electromechanics, electricity, energy technology, business engineering or a related field.


• Experience in technical coordination, customer operations, contract/document management, engineering support, energy operations or regulated processes.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage deadlines.


• Dutch and French, with professional English.


• Comfortable working with digital tools and technical documentation.
