The adhese platform enables media owners to monetize their media inventory and first-party data, and facilitates advertisers to reach their audiences efficiently in a simple way.

The company is growing steadily and is seeking to strengthen its Ghent team with an experienced people manager who will guide several software development teams towards efficient solution delivery.

Summary

As a Delivery Coach, you have a strong agile and lean mindset, enabling you to play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our development teams to deliver high-quality software products. You act as a bridge between the development teams and the broader organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Coaching

• Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Mentor and coach team members, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

• Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the team.

Agile Delivery

• Promote and coach on Agile methodologies based on our key values: Alignment, Transparency, Respect, Relentless Improvement (continuous reflection & improvement).

• Motivate, mentor, and guide teams to cultivate a DevOps and CI/CD culture.

• Identify opportunities to establish flow, process improvements and enhanced efficiency.

• Guide teams in planning, executing, and tracking their work.

Product Alignment

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand product vision and goals.

• Ensure that development teams are aligned with product priorities and delivering value.

• Facilitate effective communication between development teams and product stakeholders.

Release on Demand

• Oversee and manage the 'release on demand' process within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring the qualitative and successful delivery of our software platform.

• Work with stakeholders to define release plans, communication and timelines.

• Manage dependencies and risks associated with releases.

• You are a natural leader and coach who is able to understand and connect well with people, and benefits from a background in Agile coaching, being a scrum master or delivery manager.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Outstanding communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Technical knowledge of software development processes and tools.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

• Familiar with development methodologies and experience with multi-team environment.

• Motivated to work from our offices in Gentbrugge minimum two full days per week.
