Delivery Manager

Description
Lead a time-critical banking modernisation programme across integration, reporting, reconciliation and quality engineering. The role will connect business priorities with delivery execution and keep multiple teams aligned to scope, budget, quality and timeline. Key responsibilities Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, governance rhythm and reporting. Coordinate multiple workstreams, delivery partners and client stakeholders. Manage scope, budget, capacity, risks, dependencies and change requests. Track delivery progress and lead recovery actions when milestones are at risk. Ensure timely decisions, transparent escalation and clear ownership of actions. Oversee release readiness, transition, handover and agreed hypercare activities. Required skills Strong programme management experience in large technology transformations. Experience managing multi-team and multi-vendor delivery in an Agile environment. Good knowledge of governance, financial management, planning and RAID management. Ability to work with senior business, technology, risk and operations stakeholders. Clear communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Banking, payments, trading or another regulated-industry background is preferred.
