Job Description - Digital Workforce Project Manager

NextLink is having an exciting position as Digital Workforce Project Manager with our client based in Brussels, Belgium.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Drive the Digital Workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into effective and scalable workplace solutions
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with IT governance frameworks and the IT landscape, including security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms.
  • Drive coordination and oversight of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and consulting partners.
  • Oversee project execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Evaluate solutions, technologies, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value.
  • Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value and impact of digital workplace solutions.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, platform usage, user satisfaction, and business value realisation.
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions and successful outcomes.
  • Promote best practices and innovative ways of working, with a strong focus on employee experience, usability, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project and program management, applying Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and change management skills.
  • Broad understanding of digital workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and modern digital ways of working.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and matrix organizational environments
