Director of Food & Beverage

In this key leadership
position, you will oversee all F&B departments, including restaurants,
bars, banqueting, and in -room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to
the General Management, you will drive financial performance, team development,
and strategic innovation within a high -volume, multi -outlet environment.

This role offers the

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership &
   Strategy
   
• Develop and implement the F&B strategy,
  aligning with the hotel’s brand standards and financial objectives.
  
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team to
  deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.
  
2. Operational Management
   
• Oversee daily operations across all F&B
  outlets, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
  
• Manage budgets, costs, and inventory to
  optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
  
3. Guest Experience &
   Innovation
   
• Elevate the guest journey through creative
  concepts, personalized service, and attention to detail.
  
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams to
  develop memorable dining experiences and successful events.
  
4. Financial &
   Administrative Oversight
   
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and
  P&L statements for the F&B department.
  
• Implement cost -control measures and revenue -enhancing
  initiatives to meet financial targets.
  
5. Team Development
   
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent,
  fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
  
• Act as a visible leader, setting the standard
  for service, professionalism, and teamwork.
  
6. Stakeholder
   Collaboration
   
• Work closely with hotel leadership, sales,
  and operational teams to align F&B offerings with overall business
