EN - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (F/M/X)

With 151 modern rooms, meeting facilities, a rooftop restaurant, wellness facilities, and Parking 21, our hotel welcomes both business and leisure guests in a dynamic international environment.

To support our operations, we are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain in excellent condition.

You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, technical follow-up, and support operational departments in maintaining a high-quality guest experience.

This role offers a high level of autonomy and requires a practical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Perform minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report technical issues.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and interventions.
• Assist in maintaining the overall condition of the building.

Building & Equipment Follow-up

• Monitor technical installations and equipment.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting in plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ensure public areas remain in good condition.
• Follow up on operational issues affecting guests.

Operational Support

• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Prioritize maintenance requests that impact the guest experience.
• Coordinate external contractors when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Parking & Infrastructure

• Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of Parking 21 facilities.
• Follow up on parking equipment and infrastructure.
• Report technical issues and operational concerns.
• Support the follow-up of external suppliers and specialized contractors.

• Previous experience in maintenance, building services, hospitality, or facility management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Valid driving licence is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
