Position Summary
You will plan end-to-end product supply to ensure our vaccines reach patients reliably and on time. You will work closely with manufacturing, finance, quality and commercial teams to balance demand, capacity and inventory. We value curious, collaborative people who focus on continuous improvement and clear communication. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Create and maintain product supply plans that meet customer demand while optimising inventory and reducing waste.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality and commercial teams to align production schedules and resolve constraints.
- Monitor supply performance and inventory levels, and lead corrective actions to protect service and availability.
- Use planning systems and data to forecast demand, capacity and material needs.
- Support rollout and adoption of new planning processes and digital tools to improve speed and accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce lead time and increase supply reliability.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or inventory management.
- Practical knowledge of planning systems such as SAP, OMP or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions.
- Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s degree or advanced qualification in supply chain, operations, or related discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical product supply chains.
- Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods.
- Experience with advanced planning tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and supply.
- Fluency in Dutch or French in addition to English.
Working Model
This role is based in Belgium. The working model is hybrid, combining on-site presence with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Final arrangements will be agreed with the hiring manager.
