Executive Business Officer- Belgium (PREBO0726)- Client Services

PRIORITY Quality Consultants is a management, IT, and education consulting firm delivering services across digital transformation, risk management, information security, software development, training, and recruiting.

We are looking for an Executive Business Officer to support senior leadership by coordinating strategic business management initiatives, managing executive operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of projects and services. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic business management initiatives across departmental and functional boundaries to improve project and service delivery.
• Ensure the efficient management, administration, and day-to-day operation of senior executive activities.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of executive decisions, ensuring actions are assigned, prioritized, and completed on time.
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring alignment with senior management meetings and key activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, define desired outcomes, and coordinate executive meetings.
• Track progress updates from senior management teams and provide status reports.
• Manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Organize and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, visits, and other high-level events.
• Prepare accurate, concise, and professional reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.

• Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized university in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within a large international, governmental, or military organization.
• Experience working in large multidisciplinary and virtual teams.
• Experience with PRINCE2 or a comparable project management methodology.

• Experience in service delivery and continuous service improvement.
• Experience managing workflow and executive support staff.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results within short deadlines.
• NATO Secret security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) within a sizeable organization, preferably in the government, defense, international organization, public administration, or private defense sector.
• PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Previous experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian personnel.
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation (ACT).
