RELYzIT Talent is seeking an elite Expert DLP Copilot to join a high-impact security project for our client in Gosselies, Belgium. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Purview DLP solutions to enhance document protection, enforce information marking, and prevent unauthorized data transfers.


• Configure, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot (Standard and Premium), ensuring robust governance and compliance with security frameworks.


• Drive the creation and governance of AI agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, aligning with best practices and organizational security policies.


• Collaborate with a broader security team to ensure consistency and integration across all Microsoft 365 components.


• Apply Microsoft standards and market best practices to every deployment, maintaining strict adherence to the client’s security governance framework.


• Document configurations, processes, and governance models to support ongoing security and operational excellence.


• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into secure technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Purview DLP solutions in enterprise environments.


• Demonstrated expertise in configuring, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 Copilot (Standard and Premium).


• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security, configuration, and governance (minimum 5 years).


• Strong background in governing, controlling, and securing artificial intelligence agents within Microsoft 365.


• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary security team.


• Commitment to best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.


• High integrity and discretion, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Purview DLP: Implementation, configuration, and management


• Microsoft 365 Copilot: Security, configuration, and governance (Standard and Premium)


• Microsoft 365 platform: Advanced security, configuration, and administration


• AI agent governance and security within Microsoft 365


• Familiarity with Microsoft standards and market best practices for security and compliance

Language Proficiency

• English: C1 level (must have)

Other Requirements

• This is a freelance position based in Gosselies, Belgium, with an estimated duration of five months and potential for extension based on project needs.


• Assignment classified as high-risk for information systems; background verification (including reference checks with previous managers) is required in compliance with ISO 27001 standards.


• Strict adherence to data privacy: Reference data will be deleted 2.5 years after collaboration ends or after 18 months if the recruitment process is not successful.


• Experience working within security governance frameworks and multidisciplinary teams.
