RELYzIT Talent is partnering with our client to deliver a next-generation SCADA platform, ensuring the real-time balance and stability of power systems in Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications based on AVEVA System Platform / OMI, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure SCADA solutions.


• Translate operational requirements into innovative SCADA functionalities that align with a global harmonization program.


• Integrate new flexible assets, such as renewable power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems, into the SCADA ecosystem.


• Support real-time control and automation of production assets, including both renewable and flexible energy sources.


• Deliver integrated automation solutions for Remote Dispatching Centers, enabling seamless remote operations.


• Continuously adapt and enhance systems to meet evolving energy market mechanisms and regulatory requirements.


• Enable automation of decision-making processes to support the delivery of ancillary services and grid stability.


• Collaborate closely with Power Dispatch, Energy Management, and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to ensure optimal system performance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of business-critical systems.

Technical Skills

• Confirmed expertise (3–5 years) in developing, testing, and maintaining applications on AVEVA System Platform / OMI.


• Deep knowledge of ArchestrA Object Modelling.


• Advanced proficiency in ASP Scripting.


• Proven experience as an AVEVA Expert Engineer.


• Strong application troubleshooting capabilities in complex, real-time environments.

Language Proficiency

• Professional proficiency in English is required.


• Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.

Other Requirements

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project frameworks is advantageous.


• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, international context.


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
