3 à 5 ans d'expérience en support de dispositifs médicaux Diplôme en sciences de la santé (kinésithérapie, éducation physique, soins infirmiers) ou également biomédical, bio‑ingénierie, ingénierie biomédicale Affinité particulière pour la cardiologie/électrophysiologie Niveau langue maternelle en français et bonnes connaissances en anglais Profil analytique, technique, proactif et orienté résolution de problèmes Volonté d'apprentissage continu Expérience en électrophysiologie, cathlab ou bloc opératoire Excellentes compétences en communication Esprit d'équipe Sens des responsabilités Permis de conduire en règle Déplacements quotidiens en Belgique et Luxembourg et voyages internationaux occasionnels Flexibilité horaire (agenda quotidien variable) Expérience confirmée en dispositifs cardiaques implantables et/ou en électrophysiologie Solide expérience clinique en milieu hospitalier Plus de 5 ans d'expérience clinique en cardiologie/électrophysiologie ou dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux 3-5 years of medical device support experience Have a physiotherapy or sport or nursing degree with cardiac specialization and a passion for cardiology/electrophysiology or Biomedical, Bio engineering, Biomedical Engineer Native French and English required Analytical, technical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented Lifelong learning Experience in the EP-, cathlab or operating room Strong communication skills Team player Take ownership Driver's license in good standing Extensive travelling by car in Belgium and occasional international travel Flexibility in working hours ( daily changing agenda) Proven track record in Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices and/or in Electrophysiology Strong clinical experience in a hospital setting 5+ years of clinical experience in cardiology/electrophysiology or the medical device industry Provide expert technical and clinical support on the full CRM and CDx portfolio: Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Resynchronization Therapy, Implantable Loop Recorders Act as the primary clinical/technical contact together with the account manager in your territory, offering on-site and remote support. Continuous education of internal and external stakeholders Engaging customers from a clinical and technical perspective by having high level professional interactions Set up multi-disciplinary and long term projects (educational, technical, clinical) Build long term strong relationships with customers Actively contribute to the agreed strategy in collaboration with the full team Identifies opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges Proactively builds knowledge of the market you operate in, the territory or region, and how it impacts customers Builds and maintains insight into competitor products in own area of expertise, advising customers appropriately Contribute actively to the account planning with the account manager
