Financial Auditor

• Conduct Financial Audits: Ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
  


• Review Financial Records: Examine financial records, reports, and statements for discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud.
  


• Evaluate Internal Controls: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvements.
  


• Audit Documentation: Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings for senior management and stakeholders.
  


• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather necessary information and offer valuable insights based on audit findings.
  


• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest developments in auditing standards, financial regulations, and best practices within the industry
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably within the financial services sector.
  


• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA are highly preferred.
  


• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
  


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with auditing software and financial analysis tools.
  


• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
