We're looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist who enjoys finding incremental performance gains and sweating the details. This is not a role for someone who only focuses on campaign launches and high-level strategy. We're looking for someone who enjoys optimizing every aspect of a Google Ads account to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.

Your primary focus will be identifying and executing improvements that compound into meaningful growth.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads & ChatGPT Ads campaigns with a strong focus on improving CTR and ad relevance.

• Write and test high-performing ad copy across Search campaigns.

• Continuously experiment with headlines, descriptions, and messaging angles.

• Analyze search terms, audience performance, bidding strategies, and account structure.

• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on landing page improvements and provide recommendations on content, messaging, and conversion opportunities.

• Experience working in high-spend Google Ads environments, ideally managing or optimizing accounts with high monthly ad spend.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

• Proven track record of improving CTR and campaign performance.

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling ad copy.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads best practices and experimentation frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

• Proficiency in Looker Studio is required.

• Experience with landing page optimization is a plus, but not a primary requirement.

• Bonus if you have 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS

  • Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, or cybersecurity
