Group FSQA Process Engineer Biscuits & Bakery

As FSQA Process Engineer within our Biscuits & Bakery division, you play a key role in ensuring that our products are not only delicious, but also safe, high-quality, and sustainably produced. You collaborate closely with internal production plants to embed strong FSQA processes, lead performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement across sites. With your structured approach and focus on collaboration, you help strengthen quality systems and ensure alignment across all Biscuits & Bakery production locations worldwide.

• In this role, you ensure that safe, high-quality, sustainable, and compliant products reach our consumers by implementing robust FSQA processes at our Lotus Bakeries Biscuits & Bakery production sites.


• Leading structured and effective performance review meetings is a key part of your role – you work closely with internal QA teams to assess performance, identify issues, set ambitious targets, and drive improvements.


• In this position, you actively explore innovative ways to enhance team performance and engagement, including the visual display of improvement initiatives and their outcomes.


• You identify, share, and implement best practices related to Quality, Food Safety, Legality, and Authenticity across the B&B manufacturing sites.


• As member of the QA Council, you provide a valuable platform for cross-site interaction, knowledge sharing, and strategic decision-making.

• You have a Master’s degree with a major in Food technology/biochemistry.


• You have at least 8 years of experience in an (international) production-related quality position.


• You mainly work from our headquarters in Lembeke however due to the global spread of our production facilities, you will regularly visit our B&B production sites around the world.


• You have great communication skills, showing your enthusiasm and added value in a convincing and diplomatic way.


• You have a pragmatic hands-on approach based on your solution-oriented attitude.


• Last but not least you speak fluent English.
