You’ll also play a key role in building our global People Excellence function and shaping a unified, collaborative company culture throughout the rest of our organization as well.

What you’ll lead & own

Champion People & Culture in BE + FR

• Be the trusted HR partner for all leaders and teams in Belgium and France

• Coach managers, support teams, and help unlock performance and growth

• Lead day-to-day HR operations with high autonomy and strong ownership

• Drive onboarding, employee lifecycle improvements, and local compliance

• Be a catalyst for cultural integration and organizational development

Shape the Global HR Roadmap

• Co-create global frameworks, processes, and tools together with the other four pleople in the team at our group headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden

• Drive modernization: digital HR, L&D, leadership programs, employer branding
