IT Project Test Analyst

NextLink is having an existing
position as a IT Project test Analyst in Brussels area, Belgium.

- Start date: 01/10/2026

- Duration: 12 months renewable

- Workload: full time

- Work location: Brussels area, Belgium

This is a hands-on role. The
successful candidate is expected not only to coordinate testing activities but also
to actively prepare, execute and investigate System Testing, Integration
Testing and SIT scenarios

As project test analyst:

− Analyze business and technical
requirements and identify quality risks

− Define and maintain the testing
strategy and master test plan

− Establish the overall test scope,
test levels and test approach.

− Coordinate system, integration,
end-to-end and non-functional testing activities.

− Design and maintain test scenarios
and test cases (technical & functional).

− Identify & create test data as
needed to perform test cases

− Execute functional, integration and
end-to-end test cases, validate results, and ensure adequate

coverage of business processes and
system interactions.

− Investigate incidents, unexpected
behavior and root causes of defects.

− Monitor test progress and provide
regular reporting to project stakeholders.

− Support defect diagnosis through
analysis of APIs, integrations, messaging components and endto-end transaction
flows.

− Collaborate closely with business
analysts, functional analysts, architects and developers.

− Contribute to the preparation &
execution of release regression testing

− Manage and follow up defects,
including prioritization, reporting and coordination with project

teams.

− Support continuous improvement of
testing, defect management and quality assurance practices

Profile:

• Language: English fluent + French fluent OR Dutch
fluent

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Knowledge about business process management, requirements
management & test engineering

• Knowledge of Insurance sectors

• Excel & MS-office tools

• Ability to support the functional analyst in investigating
issues in the E2E flow

• Knowledge of SQL, DB2

• Knowledge of Azure Devops

• Experience in API testing

• Able to define test strategy & master test plan

• Experience in test analysis & test execution

• Able to define a high-level test structure

• Experience in defect management
