Junior Business Analyst

Tasks 

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders


• Translate business requirements into functional analyses and user stories


• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams


• Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and identify improvements


• Contribute to the definition and optimization of business processes and customer journeys


• Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to maximize delivered value


• Participate in testing, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role


• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or other relevant Technology degrees


• Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals


• Experience working with product, IT, or business teams


• Previous experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis


• Strong stakeholder communication skills


• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English (spoken and written)
