Junior Marketing & Branding Officer

We are growing fast and are looking for a Junior Marketing & Employer Branding Officer who wants to help build our brand, attract top talent, and position NORRIQ Financial Services as a trusted partner within the financial sector.

Role Description

Working closely with our consultants, management team, recruiters, and partners, you will transform expertise into compelling stories and create engaging campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen our reputation, and attract exceptional talent.

You have a strong eye for visual communication, you are creative, you effortlessly translate ideas into attractive, on-brand content for social media, presentations, our website, and events. You don't wait for tasks to be assigned to you, but instead spot opportunities, take initiative, and proactively develop solutions. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you know how to convey NORRIQ's story clearly and convincingly, both internally and externally.

You will have the freedom to bring ideas to life, experiment, and make a real impact.

What will you do?

Social Media

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital channels, together with the consultants.

• Draft blogs, articles, whitepapers, videos, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Turn consultant expertise into thought leadership content.

• Build a consistent and recognisable NORRIQ Financial Services brand.

Website & Digital Presence

• Keep website content fresh, relevant, and engaging.

• Publish blogs, insights, client stories, and event recaps.

• Collaborate on SEO and digital optimisation initiatives.

• SEO/SEA optimization and online advertising (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements

Events & Partnerships

• Contribute to the organization of (online and in-person) events, webinars, and trade shows

• Collaborate with strategic partners or industry organizations on co-marketing

Creative Marketing Initiatives

• Develop new ideas to increase visibility and engagement.

• Identify trends and opportunities in marketing and social media.

• Experiment with innovative formats such as podcasts, videos, short-form content, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Who are you?

You have a first marketing experience (professional or internship), though ambitious juniors with the right mindset and a genuine will to learn are just as welcome to apply. You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn. You are a creative and entrepreneurial spirit and genuinely enjoy creating content, connecting with people, and making things happen.

You have affinity with social media, email marketing, and content creation, and enthusiasm to build hands-on experience. Also, curiosity about marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) are a plus. No prior hands-on use required, we'll teach you

Experience, Expertise & Skills

• Have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

• Have 0-3 years of experience.

• Are passionate about marketing and digital communication.

• Love social media and understand how to create engaging content.

• Are creative and not afraid to propose new ideas.

• Have excellent writing skills in Dutch and English. French is a strong asset.

• Are proactive and independent.

• Feel comfortable working with young professionals and senior executives alike.

• Enjoy working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
