- M.Sc. degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive FMCG experience in marketing management or related fields, demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities.
If you have experience in beauty, skincare and/or cosmetics, you will undoubtedly have an advantage.
- Excellent people manager: proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly to diverse organisational levels including senior leadership.
- Able to translate visionary ideas into actionable local marketing plans.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics tools and marketing technologies to drive decision-making and innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and marketing research tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in market analysis, product portfolio management, and competitive strategy.
- Expertise in project management methodologies including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and change management initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.
