Job Description - Marketing Strategy Specialist

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Proposition & Go to Market Strategy Specialist to join our growing and successful Go to Market team.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. This is your chance to visibly impact on Verisure’ s growth and the development of a best in class Go to market on the Belgium Market. Opportunities for development for the successful candidate are substantial and there is a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, functions, etc).

The Proposition & Marketing Strategy Specialist for Belgium Business Development will work closely with the Go to market manager. To evolve the Go-To-Market tools and processes (Proposition, marketing and innovation) to support our growth in Belgium.

This role will require determination to deeply understand:

  • Business models and commercial structures

  • Multi-channel go-to-market strategy

  • Sales proposition and pricing (PPPCP)

  • Sales organization, incentives, and local market differences

  • Customer service and experience

What will you do ?

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify target segments, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop and refine customer-centric value propositions that clearly articulate benefits, differentiation, and business impact.

  • Translate insights into clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof points aligned to target personas and use cases.

  • Support pricing, packaging, and offer development to ensure alignment with customer value and market expectations.

  • Enable sales teams with proposition tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure GTM alignment and execution.

  • Monitor proposition performance through funnel metrics, win/loss analysis, and customer feedback.

  • Iterate and optimize propositions based on performance data, market changes, and stakeholder input.

Your profile:

We see this role as important for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals.

  • Experience in sales performance and analytics is required.

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in data management and visual creation (Power BI or similar software).

  • Excellent command of Excel.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to frame problems by breaking them down into components.

  • Willingness to learn and to grow within a company offering great opportunities and potential.

  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with excellent written and spoken English.

  • Project management or strategic consulting experience would be a strong asset.

  • Experience in international environments is a nice-to-have.
