About the Role: We are looking for a bilingual advisor fluent in German and Dutch to support our operations in Ghent. This role involves managing complex inquiries in a 24/7 rotative shift environment.
Requirements:
- Native/C1 level in German and Dutch.
- Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Initial training is fully on-site; followed by hybrid flexibility (1 day/week remote).
- Previous reference letter and cover letter required.
