Operations Manager

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency
specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced
and dynamic Operations Manager to join the team of our client,
a well -known hotel group operating multiple properties in Antwerp. 

We’re looking for a
passionate, people -focused Operations Manager to drive daily operations and
help shape the hotel’s future success.

As Operations Manager,
your primary focus will be on the Front Office operations, while also maintaining strong oversight of the
F&B. You’re the go -to person for both the team and the guests,
ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and consistency.

You will:

• Lead
  and inspire operational teams across property and guest -facing
  departments.
  
• Ensure
  smooth daily operations, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Act
  as the key point of contact for staff, guests, suppliers, and the General
  Manager.
  
• Monitor
  performance, implement procedures, and drive high standards across the
  board.
  
• Manage
  staffing, planning, cost control, and reporting.
  
• Work
  closely with the Sales team to launch creative, revenue -generating
  initiatives.
