Location: Moorsel, Belgium (Dynaco Europe Headquarters)

About the Role:

Dynaco Europe, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Moorsel, Belgium.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of orders for sectional doors and dock equipment while providing outstanding support to our dealers and partners. You will act as a key link between customers, logistics, manufacturing, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.


• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and partners, providing professional and customer-focused support.


• Monitor and update order status throughout the order lifecycle and proactively communicate with customers.


• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including shipment planning and transport documentation.


• Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation where required.


• Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.


• Identify opportunities to improve order processing workflows and enhance the customer experience.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer support and order management processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) – both are mandatory.


• French language skills are considered a strong asset.


• Previous experience in customer service, order management, inside sales, logistics, or a similar role.


• Experience or knowledge of logistics, transportation, export procedures, and international shipments is a significant advantage.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.


• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.


• Experience in the industrial, building products, manufacturing, or technical sectors is an asset.
