What we are looking for

The goal for this role is that you lead in maximizing total revenues per head and margins by optimizing the company customer offering through:

• Product & services portfolio design and maintenance
  • Pricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring
  • Leading and supporting your team 

Key responsibilities 

Product & services portfolio

Hearing aids and other products:

• Starting from the Global Offering Guidelines, design product life cycle and launch of NPDs based on innovation funnel of suppliers (continuous relationship with them); leadership of launch projects in collaboration with other functions: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Audiology, etc.
  • Monitor and optimization of product portfolio
  • Monthly Reporting and forecast accuracy of product mix, average selling price and discount

  • Lead the Product go-to-market strategy and execution in close collaboration with the Supply Chain and Retail Excellence teams

Services:

• Define the strategy of bundles service and additional service packs attached to the purchase of Hearing aids in order to push upselling and generate cross-selling. 

• Drive the local adoption strategy for the Amplifon App and upcoming digital ecosystem solutions

Define pricing & promo strategy

• Continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount and margins performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions
• Monthly price forecasting
• Competition monitoring and reacting

• Design and execute promotional campaigns, in collaboration with Brand and CRM teams, to achieve ASP targets and maximize commercial performance

Pricing execution control in store

• Lead a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure 
  • full control on pricing, promotions and discount execution in store (Key user and liaison with IT function)
  • Operational excellence in the sale & aftersales process

Lead a team of 2 people

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

• Guide the team through cross-functional projects, ensuring effective stakeholder management and execution excellence.

What you’ll need

• Business / Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience in pricing and product offering (5+ Years)
• Proven track record of multifunctional projects leadership
• Digital knowledge would be very appreciated
• BI experience is a plus
