Quality Assurance Analyst

ClinChoice, is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company leader in the field of biomedicines, where you will work in a office-based model in Geel, 1.0 FTE for a 12-month contract.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.  

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve Master Batch records for commercial Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient’s.


• Review and approve Recipes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Write and/or review and approve relevant Quality Assurance procedures.


• Provide support for smaller optimization projects and tasks within the Quality Assurance Commercial Operations team.


• Foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Business and Quality partners.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy, information technology, engineering).


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chemical and/or Pharmaceutical Supply Chain and/or Quality Assurance.


• Proficiency with the PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is required.


• Familiarity with the Delta-V system is a plus.


• Proven track record of working independently while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.


• A quality-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail.


• Fluent in Dutch.
