Dutch Booking Agent For Booking.com - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Dutch Booking Agent to join Booking.com, with paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and assistance to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with their travel bookings and inquiries while enjoying the benefits of living in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Dutch across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and resolving any travel-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and provide accurate solutions to customer challenges to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Keep abreast of Booking.com’s promotions, policies, and services to provide accurate guidance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively with empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and online booking systems is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece with support provided for relocation.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
