Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking Netflix users through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and ideas for improving service quality.
• Stay updated with the latest Netflix product updates, policies, and services.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; good command of English is preferred.
