Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Turkish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Turkish to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and company policies. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for Turkish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Turkish, ensuring compliance with community standards and internal policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Turkish.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content per company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support moderation strategies and enhance community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, moderation policies, and best practices.

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
