Job Description - Revenue Manager (multi properties)

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency
specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for a Cluster
Revenue Manager (Multi -Property)
to join the team of our client in Ghent.

This is a strategic
role overseeing four distinctive hotels within a growing cluster environment.
As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will act as the commercial driver behind
pricing, forecasting and distribution strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue
growth across all properties.

You will combine
analytical precision with strong stakeholder engagement, translating data into
clear commercial decisions and actionable revenue plans.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will define and execute the cluster revenue strategy across multiple
    brands and segments, optimizing pricing, inventory and channel performance.

  • You will be responsible for demand forecasting, budgeting and yield
    management, continuously monitoring market trends, competitor behaviour and
    performance indicators to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • You will work closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and
    Operations to ensure full alignment between commercial strategy and on -property
    execution. Your ability to clearly communicate revenue actions and influence
    decision -making at all levels will be key.

  • You will also oversee reservation performance and distribution mix,
    ensuring OTA optimisation and direct channel growth remain strong focus areas.



Requirements

  • You bring solid experience in Revenue Management within a hotel or
    cluster environment, ideally multi -property exposure.

  • You combine strong forecasting and yield expertise with a structured,
    analytical mindset. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with
    RMS tools and distribution platforms is highly valued.

  • You are fluent in English, Dutch a strong advantage, confident in
    stakeholder management and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast -growing
    environment.

  • Above all, you are commercially driven, hands -on and passionate about
    hospitality performance.
