As a Sales Advisor, you are the face of a major tech brand in the MediaMarkt store. You don’t just help customers choose a product; you make sure they understand which technology best suits their wishes and needs.

You’re not a salesperson who is simply focused on selling a product. You’re an advisor who listens, asks the right questions, and helps customers make the best choice.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and visibility of the brand in your store.

• You actively engage with customers and discover what they really need;

• You provide personalized advice on smartphones, smartwatches, and smart home products;

• You demonstrate products and explain their possibilities, allowing customers to experience what they can do;

• You build strong relationships with store employees and work together to achieve better results;

• You identify opportunities and take initiative to improve sales and the brand experience every day.

Who are we looking for?

We’re not looking for a typical salesperson, but someone who is curious, eager to grow, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-focused role;

• Available for at least 16 hours per week;

• Comfortable approaching people and making connections quickly;

• A good listener who knows how to naturally persuade customers;

• Able to work independently while actively collaborating with colleagues;

• Curious about technology and enthusiastic about continuing to develop your knowledge;

• Fluent in French; Basic in English (an additional language is a plus).

• A salary starting from €2,300 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience);
