Sales Advisor Used Cars

Our Toyota City Approved Used Woluwe team is looking for a Sales Advisor Used Cars to support the sales of pre-owned vehicles, both online and in the showroom. In this role, you will guide customers throughout their buying journey, actively manage leads, and ensure a seamless and professional sales experience.

What you’ll do

• Sell pre-owned vehicles to private customers, both online and in the showroom.


• Actively follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.


• Provide accurate information and tailored advice via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.


• Support customers throughout the entire buying journey, from first contact to delivery.


• Represent the Toyota brand professionally in the showroom, at events, and on social media.


• Guide customers towards our online sales platform and ensure close follow-up.


• Ensure the showroom is always well-presented, with clean, correctly displayed vehicles.


• Regularly update vehicle listings and information on the online sales platform.


• Manage administrative tasks linked to the sales process.


• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth handover experience for customers.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build a career in sales.


• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to seize every sales opportunity.


• Experienced in a customer-facing role where customer satisfaction was the top priority.


• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
