Sales Manager Systems

Reporting to the Sales Director Systems . The role is responsible for maximizing sales in the designated territory through the sale of process equipment, technology and system solutions offered by ITT Flow Technology, Nutrition & Health.

The principle duties and responsibilities of the Regional Sales role are: -

• Account management to maintain and grow existing business; (Global and Regional Key account and defined strategic accounts)


• Business developing at new accounts within the NHS portfolio


• Systems solutions and plant upgrades sales leveraging NHS range of process equipment and technologies.


• The ability to demonstrate ‘value add’ to customers through the NHS range of products, technologies and services;


• Promote Service Level agreement in combination of new systems sales, work together with AM sales Manager


• Sales targets aligned with region and portfolio;


• Developing sales business case to customer business needs and drivers;


• Creating and developing business relationships internal and external;


• Clearly defining customers’ requirements, undertaking investment qualifications and timelines;


• Territory customer planning and customer visits to maximize sales effort;


• Interface with internal sales staff through NHS technologies centers located in Europe to support customer technical solutions and qualification of proposals;


• Accurate forecasting, data and communication;


• Assess competitor activity and take appropriate action in determining priorities and strategies;


• Regular reporting and forward planning up-to-date together with input into the customer database;

• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management team;

• Embrace the ITT Leadership standards, encourage development of personnel by identifying training needs and providing feedback on performance, whilst maintaining high standards of discipline and productivity;


• Improve personal performance year-on-year with the company.

• Proven sales record;


• Skills to learn the key technologies as UHT/ Mix technology / Fermented Products / Membranes / Dry and Evaporation…


• High commercial and technical understanding of drivers within new sales Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages.


• Languages: French, English and Dutch

• Educated to Bachelor or Master Level.


• Experience in an external sales environment.

• High activity sales;
