Job Description - Senior Analyst Records and Information Management Operation

The Records & Information Management (RIM) Operations Specialist supports the RIM Operations (RIM OPS) EMEA team in delivering Records and Information Management services across multiple companies within the Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Corporate sectors.

The purpose of Records and Information Management (RIM) is to ensure records are managed efficiently and effectively throughout their entire lifecycle—from creation to disposition—while maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, security, and historical preservation requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting organizational compliance, operational excellence, and the digital transformation of RIM processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Interest or experience in Records and Information Management (RIM).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Self -motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Detail -oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive change and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Fluent in English.
