Senior Epic Owner

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Epic Owner to lead strategic business and security -related initiatives within a complex Agile environment.

You will be responsible for guiding large -scale epics from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and security requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple domains and driving value realization through structured Agile governance.

Requirements

· Lead strategic epics through the complete Agile lifecycle.

· Define epic scope, objectives, and business value.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

· Develop business cases and support prioritization decisions.

· Establish roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.

· Coordinate implementation across multiple teams and work streams.

· Participate in planning and governance activities.

· Monitor progress against business objectives and MVP targets.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support security -related transformation and operational improvement programs.

· Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and security stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery leadership roles.

· Strong understanding of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.

· Experience managing large -scale initiatives and cross -functional stakeholders.

· Excellent prioritization and decision -making capabilities.

· Knowledge of information security principles.

· Strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Should Have / Nice to Have

· Experience with SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks.

· Exposure to security, risk, or compliance initiatives.

· Experience in regulated or enterprise -scale environments.

· Knowledge of portfolio management and value -driven delivery.
