  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
  
  
  • Proven experience supporting global supplier quality management, supplier development, audits, and continuous improvement activities across multiple regions.
  
  
  • Experience working with global stakeholders in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality functions is highly preferred.

    • Good knowledge & experience in Supplier quality management process
    
    
    • Strong quality spirit, data driven working style, good logical thinking and quick problem-solving technique facing multiple activities.
    
    
    • Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand machining processes, support quality initiatives, execute root cause analysis, coach suppliers in performance.
    
    
    • Good communication, time management and ability to work indepently
    
    
    • Good negotiation skills 
    
    
    • Project management, Supplier management experience.
