Site Supervisor

Lead the electrical execution of a landmark 19,000 m² development in Brussels.

TalenTailors is seeking a Site Supervisor – Electrical for our client D&T Group, an international engineering and contracting company expanding its footprint across Europe. You will take ownership of all electrical execution activities for a high‑visibility mixed‑use project (hotel, residential, office, commercial) in Brussels—ensuring that design intent becomes flawless, compliant, and safe installation on site.

Project Overview

• Duration: ~20 months
• Contract: Temporary or Freelance options

Your Mission

In this strategic site‑level role, you will be the key link between engineering design and real‑world execution.

You will:

• Lead and supervise all electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with design intent and execution plans.
• Coordinate daily activities between the central design office, subcontractors, and on‑site teams.
• Monitor installation progress, quality control, safety compliance, and documentation.
• Ensure full adherence to RGIE / AREI regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate across disciplines (HVAC, sanitary, architectural, structural) to resolve interface issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in electrical execution for commercial buildings, MEP projects, or large‑scale renovations.
• Strong working knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI standards.
• Hands‑on experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily execution workflows.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Belgian site safety requirements (VCA‑VOL).
