In this brand-new opportunity as Supply Chain Manager you take ownership of a fully integrated supply chain and make a real impact on business performance.  You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across all key supply chain activities.  You’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, optimizing costs, improving working capital, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of goods and materials.  You collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and sales teams to align supply strategies with broader business objectives. 

Your responsibilities

  • You will own the supplier selection, negotiation and performance management, ensuring strong partnerships that deliver quality, reliability and value. 

  • You drive inventory optimization and accurate demand forecasting to balance availability with cost efficiency.

  • You oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics as well as distribution activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery flows.   

  • You proactively identify, analyze and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, improving overall responsiveness and operational performance. 

  • You ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards, embedding responsible and future-focused practices across the supply chain. 

  • You report to VP Operations. 

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in supply chain, Applied or Business Economics, Commercial Sciences, …

  • You bring min. 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management, giving you a solid understanding of end-to-end processes and business impact. 

  • You possess strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions, influence stakeholders, and lead teams effectively. 

  • You are highly comfortable working with ERP and supply chain management systems, leveraging technology to optimize workflows and improve performance. 

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
