Technical & Business Analyst Clinical Development

This role supports the Clinical Squad within the Ruby
Program. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders
and Digital Technology teams, helping evaluate, select, and implement new
digital solutions supporting Clinical Development and Regulatory activities.
The position involves close collaboration with business teams, IT, AI
specialists, compliance teams, and external vendors in a regulated environment.

  Typical Day

• Gather
  and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  
• Facilitate
  workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
  
• Perform
  technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of vendor solutions.
  
• Support
  RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
  
• Coordinate
  implementation activities with business, IT teams, and vendors.
  
• Track
  project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
  
• Act
  as a translator between business and technical stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Must Have

• IT
  Project Management experience.
  
• Experience
  as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
  
• Strong
  requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability
  to assess digital solutions from a technical perspective.
  
• Excellent
  communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology teams.
  
• Strong
  analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Experience
  working in digital transformation projects.
  

Nice to Have

• Clinical
  Development or Pharma experience.
  
• Exposure
  to GxP-regulated environments.
  
• Experience
  with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions.
  
• Experience
  supporting RFI/RFP activities.
  
• Knowledge
