About the Role

We’re seeking a Test Coordinator/Analyst (Freelance) for a 5-month project with our client in Brussels. This is a unique opportunity to drive quality and innovation within a dynamic, bilingual agile team. Key Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor all testing activities within a multidisciplinary agile team.


• Define effective test approaches based on technical and functional insights.


• Establish acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain regression test scenarios.


• Collaborate with testers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align test plans.


• Coordinate end-to-end and business acceptance testing with stakeholders outside the agile team.


• Take initiative to automate repetitive tests and document automated test procedures.


• Provide daily guidance and coaching to 1-2 testers within the team.


• Develop a deep understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements.


• Set up and execute functional and non-functional tests, including API and performance testing.


• Prepare test data and execute internal IT and user acceptance tests.


• Analyze, document, and report test results efficiently to business analysts and developers.


• Follow up on corrections and ensure continuous quality improvement.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst (5 years) and Test Coordinator (3 years).


• Strong knowledge of software test methodologies and standards (ISTQB or TMap, 5 years).


• Mastery of complex queries in SQL, XML, and JSON (3 years).


• Hands-on experience with API testing (SOAP and REST), using tools such as SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or Postman (3 years).


• Experience with non-functional testing, including performance testing.


• Experience working in Azure DevOps environments (3 years).


• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies (1 year).


• ISTQB certification is a plus.


• Experience with Playwright or similar test automation tools is a plus.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in either Dutch or French.


• Active working knowledge of the second national language (Dutch or French).
