Intern M/F – Marketing and Sales Support – February 2027

You will join the Belgium and Luxembourg Distribution team and work closely with both the Sales and Marketing functions, contributing to the development and visibility of Lazard Asset Management in the region.

You will support the team in the coordination of client events, marketing initiatives, communication materials, and commercial follow-up activities. You will also participate in management meetings, video conferences, and client events, providing broad exposure to the day-to-day operations of an international asset management business.

The role involves regular interaction with portfolio management, client servicing, reporting, risk control, legal, compliance, and middle-office teams, allowing you to develop a transversal understanding of the asset management industry and its commercial and operational dynamics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the marketing activity of the Belgium and Luxembourg Distribution team of Lazard Asset Management, which covers events organization, materials and content production, internal communication and campaigns creation;
• Contributing to the overall commercial effort of the team;
• Preparing events for the retail business and contributing to their smooth execution;
• Creating presentations for clients and prospects summarizing flagship funds;
• Coordinating the creation of clients materials and their content (brochures, flyers, PowerPoint slides, online campaigns, …);
• Assisting with tailored responses to client requests;
• Drafting “key selling points” for highlighted funds; 
• Preparing quarterly management updates on flagship funds for clients;
• Tracking the performance of flagship funds and defined peer groups;
• Sending specific documents from our tools (performance attribution, holdings, allocations, specific performance commentary, and fund positioning);
• Working hand-in-hand with the private banking team in Brussels.

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school program (Master’s level 1 or 2) with a specialization in Communication, Marketing, Business, or any related sector;
• Strong interest in finance;
• Previous internship experience in marketing, communication, events, sales support, or finance is a plus
• Good command of English, French/Dutch;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) under Windows;
• Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills.
