Context:

As part of the reorganization of regional operations and service delivery, KORE aims to harmonize its practices and improve the reliability of its operational data. Until now, subsidiaries operated relatively independently, and data was not always collected or utilized in a consistent manner.

This role will contribute to structuring a shared operational database and supporting process updates, particularly in the context of the KIHO rollout and the implementation of an Operational Control Center.

Key Responsibilities :

• 
  

  Collect, structure, and ensure the reliability of operational data: driven and paid hours, fuel/energy consumption, as well as other operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  Analyze current data workflows and gain a thorough understanding of the tools, data flows, and practices used by the teams.

  Collaborate with Data teams and data analysts to make information actionable for operational management.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to standardizing procedures across regions and former subsidiaries.

  
  


• 
  

  Support process improvements and the rollout of KIHO (industrialization of operational processes).

  Participate in the operational reorganization and the implementation of a more centralized management model.

  Maintain periodic contact with operations teams to understand field realities and ensure that data aligns with operational needs.

Work Environment :

The role is set within an environment combining headquarters (~60 employees) and support functions. Activities cover multiple transport modes and operational resources across several regions.

Profile : 

You hold a Master’s degree from an Engineering or Business School and are looking for an exciting international experience at the heart of sustainable mobility?

Rigorous and possessing strong analytical skills, you are comfortable with data and curious about operational realities in the field. 

You are proficient in Excel and speak fluent English.
