IPS is an international company with in -house Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation, and Architecture. With EPCM expertise and a presence in more than 10 countries worldwide, we maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong team -building mindset.
Now, we are looking for Young Engineers in our office in Nivelles or Mechelen , Belgium.
What is the role About?
As an intern or junior professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small improvements to large -scale initiatives. Depending on your interests, you can specialize in either Project Management or Discipline areas, each with its own responsibilities:
Project Management Business Units:
• Assist in applying IPS project management methodology.
• Support task planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Help prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Participate in client, supplier, and contractor meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
Discipline Business Units:
• Assist in creating technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Support engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses.
• Help prepare technical documentation and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on technical solutions and project alignment.
In both areas, you will receive mentorship and gain hands -on experience, with the potential to grow into a Project Manager or specialized technical role.
