Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Account Executive 4 at Viavi Solutions do Brasil Ltda. is a senior sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within a defined territory or set of key accounts. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets for Viavi's advanced network testing, monitoring, and assurance solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for Viavi's product and service portfolio.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise, service provider, and government accounts.

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving business needs and challenges.

  • Conduct in-depth customer presentations and product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition of Viavi solutions.

  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, professional services, and product management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer relationship management (CRM) data.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Viavi's product roadmap.

  • Represent Viavi Solutions at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience in the telecommunications or networking industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated experience selling complex technical solutions to large enterprise, service provider, or government organizations in Brazil.

  • Strong understanding of network technologies, including fiber optics, Ethernet, wireless (5G/4G), and cloud computing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Portuguese and English.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil and occasionally internationally.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
