This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive – Marketplace based in Brazil.


This role sits at the intersection of consultative sales, enterprise relationship management, and high-value SaaS negotiations. You will be responsible for driving complex commercial cycles with mid-sized and large enterprises, helping them identify financial and tax optimization opportunities in the acquisition of international software solutions. The position requires a strong ability to engage senior stakeholders across finance, technology, and procurement areas, translating business needs into tailored value propositions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with long and strategic deal flows. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying cross-sell opportunities across multiple solutions within the marketplace ecosystem. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and negotiation skills directly influence revenue growth.










Accountabilities:



  • Lead consultative sales processes with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing complex and high-value negotiations.

  • Identify and develop opportunities related to cost optimization, tax efficiency, and software acquisition strategies.

  • Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Deliver executive-level presentations to senior decision-makers across finance, tax, procurement, and technology departments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations.

  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage complex contract negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast management using CRM tools.

  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across marketplace and related solutions.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within SaaS or technology environments.

  • Strong background in enterprise sales with complex, long-cycle negotiations (45–60+ days).

  • Track record of closing high-ticket deals with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of financial, fiscal, or tax-related business processes.

  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.

  • Resilient, analytical, and highly consultative sales profile with strong negotiation skills.

  • Residency in São Paulo required.


Differentials:



  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • English or Spanish proficiency.

  • Certifications in AI or modern sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, GPCT, Challenger Sales, etc.).

  • Experience using AI tools in commercial or sales workflows.
