Job Description

This role in Account & Client Management involves developing medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to enhance relationships with existing clients while prospecting new partners. Responsibilities include supporting the Sales Lead in refining processes, managing databases, and improving the sales team's performance. Additionally, the position focuses on identifying sales opportunities, resolving customer issues, and creating client retention and growth strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partnerships, and create joint value to drive business growth

  • Handle a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

  • Sales Management: handle customers' sales target setting and delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations

  • Assortment Management: form assortment plan based on store segmentation and ensure execution

  • Stock Management: ensure healthy in-stock rate and stock return through collaboration with teams in Operations

  • Retail execution: collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to ensure planograms, visual merchandising, campaign assets and activities are delivered

  • Monthly forecasting of total sales plan as well as item level forecasting for specific occasions

  • Development of customer business plans - campaign and account initiatives

  • Trade investment responsibility, and entering into dialogue around trade terms

  • Explore new opportunities in market whilst building and strengthening of long-term partnerships

Do you have what it takes!

  • English Fluency: Highly required due to numerous interactions in English.

  • Background: Proven experience in account management.

  • Partnership and Collaboration: Strong skills in working effectively with others.

  • Analytical Skills and Excel Proficiency: High analytical skills combined with Excel proficiency are crucial. The candidate should be able to identify growth opportunities for the business and support the Sales team in improving adherence to business processes and planning.

  • Location and Work Model: The position is based in São Paulo. The candidate must be able to work physically from the office, adhering to our "Best of Both" working model.

There is no relocation budget for this role.
