Our team is part of the Digital Science & Engineering hub, a global organization focused on accelerating digital enablement across R&D through scalable, high-impact solutions. Within this environment, we work closely with stakeholders across Seeds, Crop Protection, Biotech, Regulatory, and other science-focused teams to understand business workflows, identify digital gaps, and design solutions that improve speed, usability, and decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, helping shape how agentic AI can be applied in real workflows—balancing automation with effective human interaction. It is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative team, contribute to an emerging strategic capability, and influence how digital products are designed, launched, and supported across a global landscape.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Drive the implementation of agentic workflows and generative AI solutions across the digital enablement framework, from design through launch and support.


• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify where AI agents can add value, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience while ensuring the right balance between automation and human decision-making.


• Build, test, govern, and continuously improve AI-enabled workflows that integrate effectively with enterprise systems and existing digital products.


• Define quality standards, guardrails, and performance metrics for AI models and agentic solutions, ensuring reliable and scalable adoption.


• Partner closely with business stakeholders, scientists, engineers, and IT teams to translate needs into practical digital solutions aligned with strategic priorities.


• Contribute to AI-focused projects and technical teams by shaping best practices, supporting change management, and helping expand digital capabilities across the organization.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• A completed higher education degree is required, such as PhD, Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.


• Strong experience in Data Science, Decision Science, Data Engineering, or a related digital field, with hands-on ability to build code-based AI or agentic workflows.


• Proven background in programming and in developing solutions that connect with enterprise systems and support real business processes.


• Solid understanding of digital product pipelines, workflow design, and the practical application of generative AI in business environments.


• Experience working in cross-functional and international settings, with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and move initiatives forward with independence.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including full professional proficiency in English.


• A mindset that combines curiosity, adaptability, customer co-creation, and a strong focus on outcomes in a fast-evolving space.


• Experience in R&D, science-driven environments, or agriculture is a strong advantage.
